I am a Criminal Defence and Civil Litigation lawyer with a broad legal practice, handling a wide range of cases from summary offences and traffic matters to serious criminal charges. With several years of experience, I am deeply involved in advocating for clients in high-stakes criminal cases, including those related to drug offences and violent crimes. I regularly prepare complex materials for Counsel and Senior Counsel in preparation for trial in indictable matters. My role requires a thorough understanding of the law, and I dedicate significant time and effort to securing the best possible outcomes for my clients, many of whom face serious charges. I have extensive experience in criminal law, including appearing in numerous sentencing hearings where a guilty plea has been entered. Regardless of the circumstances, I work relentlessly to achieve the most favourable result for my clients. I am well-versed in handling all aspects of criminal law, from bail applications to complex cases involving fraud, serious assault, sexual assault, and terrorism offences. I also have significant experience in appellate matters, appearing before both the District Court and the Court of Criminal Appeal in NSW. I have represented clients in some of the state's most high-profile criminal cases, but I always prioritise discretion, preferring to keep my clients' matters confidential to ensure the best possible outcome. I offer comprehensive, client-focused legal representation across all stages of criminal cases, from arrest and bail hearings to sentencing, jury trials, and appeals. In addition, my civil litigation practice primarily involves pursuing claims against the NSW Police for false imprisonment, unlawful detention, and malicious prosecution.
